How Financial Dispute Resolution Service works?
We work with you and your financial service provider to reach agreement on your complaint. If that is not possible, we will make a decision on the complaint.
The first step is an opportunity for you both to work out the issue together.
If that does not work, Financial Dispute Resolution Service will actively work with you both to settle the matter as quickly as possible.
If no agreement can be reached, Financial Dispute Resolution Service may make a decision which is binding on the financial service provider.
Who we help
We are here to help individuals and small-to-medium businesses (those with fewer than 20 full-time employees or the equivalent) to resolve complaints about financial services.
If your financial service provider is a member of Financial Dispute Resolution Service, then we can help.
