All financial service providers registered in New Zealand are required to join an approved dispute resolution service, unless specifically exempt.
Financial Dispute Resolution Service is an approved financial dispute resolution scheme in New Zealand, established and approved by the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008.
Financial Dispute Resolution Service makes it easy for both financial service providers and consumers to manage and resolve complaints.
