Financial Dispute Resolution Service’s complaint fees are tailored to the level of dispute resolution intervention required.
Case opening fee
The Case Opening fee will always be invoiced once a complaint is accepted into our process.
1. Initial Complaint and Early Resolution
a. Case opening fee - $250
Complaint fees as at 1 July 2024
Scheme Members are charged complaint fees depending on the stage that the complaint is resolved in. Depending on the level of assistance required, the Facilitation, Conciliation and Adjudication fees can be charged as a stand-alone or cumulatively.
2. Investigation, Facilitation and Resolution
a. Facilitation - $950
b. Conciliation - $1,600
3. Formal Adjudication
a. Adjudication - $3,000
All fees are GST exclusive.
Complaint fees will be applied upon case closure and are due upon receipt of the invoice.
