Financial Dispute Resolution Service Christmas Hours
The Financial Dispute Resolution Service office will be closed from Wednesday 25 December 2019 to 5 January 2020. Financial Dispute Resolution Service will re-open as normal at 8am on Mon 6 January 2020.
If you would like to make a complaint about your financial service provider during this time, you can use the Online Complaint Form. You can also get in touch by emailing us at enquiries@fdrs.org.nz across this period.
A member of the Financial Dispute Resolution Service team will get back to you by 8 January 2020.
