The Members’ Forum and Annual General Meeting of the Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS) will be held at 3.30pm on Wednesday 29 October.
About
The business of the Annual Members’ Forum Meeting is to review the operation, performance and benefits of FDRS for members; discuss any membership issues; and provide general feedback about the Financial Service Providers Act as it affects financial service providers.
The business of the Annual General Meeting is to receive and consider the Annual Report of FDRS for the financial year ended 30 June 2025, to confirm the appointment of the Advisory Council, and to transact any other business that may properly be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
Members can join online or in person at our office in Wellington:
