NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Members’ Forum of the FINANCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICE (FDRS) will be held at Level 4, 142 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Tuesday 19 October 2021 commencing at 3:00 pm.
Members may also attend online. Zoom meeting details will be circulated to confirmed attendees prior to the meeting.
The business of the meeting is to review the operation, performance and benefits of FDRS for members; discuss any membership issues; and provide general feedback about the Financial Service Providers Act as it affects financial service providers.

Members may also attend online. Zoom meeting details will be circulated to confirmed attendees prior to the meeting.
The business of the meeting is to receive and consider the Annual Report of FDRS for the financial year ended 30 June 2021, to confirm the appointment of the Advisory Council, and to transact any other business that may properly be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
