Notice of Members' Forum and Annual General Meeting 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Members’ Forum and the Annual General Meeting of the FINANCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICE (FDRS) will be held at Level 4, 142 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Tuesday 11 October 2022 commencing at 2.30 pm.

Members may also attend online. Meeting details will be circulated to confirmed attendees prior to the meeting.

The business of the Annual Members Forum Meeting is to review the operation, performance and benefits of FDRS for members; discuss any membership issues; and provide general feedback about the Financial Service Providers Act as it affects financial service providers.

The business of the Annual General Meeting is to receive and consider the Annual Report of FDRS for the financial year ended 30 June 2022, to confirm the appointment of the Advisory Council, and to transact any other business that may properly be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
