NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Members’ Forum of the FINANCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICE (FDRS) will be held at Level 4, 142 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Tuesday 20 October 2020 commencing at 3:00 pm.
Members may also attend online. Zoom meeting details will be circulated to confirmed attendees prior to the meeting.
The business of the meeting is to review the operation, performance and benefits of FDRS for members; discuss any membership issues; and provide general feedback about the Financial Service Providers Act as it affects financial service providers.

The business of the meeting is to receive and consider the Annual Report of FDRS for the financial year ended 30 June 2020, to confirm the appointment of the Advisory Council, and to transact any other business that may properly be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
